B&G and the 40th “Copa del Rey Mapfre”

This year was the 40th anniversary of the Copa del Rey MAPFRE, one of the most important high-level races  in the Mediterranean. In this edition 109 sailboats of nine classes have participated in three racing areas around the Bay of Palma.

One of the best known sailboats in racing is the Aifos 500, in which H.M. King Felipe VI sails as helmsman. This vessel, as the Tenaz, is equipped with B&G instruments, which with their specific functions for sailing, quickly get the essential data for the sailors.

B&G, Technical Partner of the Copa del Rey MAPFRE, exhibited in the Sala Magna of the Real Club Náutico de Palma, the intelligent sailing display Nemesis.

Dahlberg, as the H5000 Certifield dealer of the B&G and Navico collaborator, was in charge of the Nemesis installation, so attendees could see all the advantages of the B&G product.

The Technical Department was fully available to answer any questions the sailors had.
