THE DATA COLLECTED
In compliance with the current Spanish and EU legislation on protection of personal data, we inform you that all personal data that you provide us, will be handled by Dahlberg S.A (in continuation “DAHLBERG”).
You declare that all data that you have provided are accurate and truthful, giving DAHLBERG the right to exclude from their services such parties that have provided false data, without prejudice to starting legal action. You will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate declarations you make and for the damages this may cause for DAHLBERG or third parties.
All fields in the DAHLBERG forms have to be filled in, unless there are fields marked voluntary. Omission of obligatory information may make it impossible for us to deal with your request.
We will handle your personal data to a legally required degree to avoid any unauthorized loss, modification, handling or access thereof.

PURPOSE FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Generally, your data will be processed by DAHLBERG for the following purposes:
